You can add/remove entries to/from group by selecting the group and from the right click context menu select 'Add/Remove Members'.
To Remove entry, select the remove link ( If this is the only entry assigned to group you may get the 'Object Class Violation' Exception as groups required atleast one entry).
To Add, select the Add button, search for the entry to add and select the entry to add to the group.
